Registration process:

  1. Complete and submit school delegation registration. This confirms your intention to attend, reserves delegate spots and allows HIS to invoice your school. This form is available as a PDF and WORD doc.
  2. Ensure that all of your students have completed the delegate registration form.
  3. If you have students interested in charing, direct them to the chairing application in PDF / WORD
  4. Out-of-town delegations must complete a housing request form, to be considered for homestay accommodation. PDFWORD

Additional documentation

  1. Upon release of delegate assignments, instruct all delegates to begin preparation of resolutions for the topics in their committee.
  2. Ask each delegate and chair to complete the behaviour / Technology Acceptable use agreement.
